Job Title: Sales Director
Department: Sales
Reports To: Regional Vice President
FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary: The primary responsibility of a Sales Director is to drive sales for new clientele and secure revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Travel to trade shows and other marketing events to network with potential customers.*
• Travel to training and/or quarterly business reviews, when necessary.*

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Language Ability:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, accounting software, order processing software, manufacturing software, inventory software, and ERP.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; and six to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Title: Director of Implementation

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Director of Implementation to oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and delivering exceptional results.

Job Description: The Director of Implementation – Project Management will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, providing strategic direction, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in project management, and the ability to foster collaboration across teams and departments.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, providing guidance and support to project managers and teams.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation across projects, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Establish and maintain program governance, including communication and reporting structures.
• Foster a collaborative and productive working environment, promoting best practices in project management.
• Monitor and report on program performance, using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring transparency and alignment with program objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing program and project management processes.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively across all departments within the organization
• Hold others accountable for deliverables

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar senior project management role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
• Experience in risk management and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in managing programs within logistics technology.
