Background

Facility Solutions Group (FSG) is one of the nation’s largest lighting distributors and electrical contractors. FSG has over 23,000 customers across the U.S. including Starbucks, Neiman Marcus, and Bass Pro Shops.

Challenge

FSG was working directly with less-than-truckload (LTL) carriers and freight brokers, but they lacked visibility and were missing potential cost savings opportunities aggregating spend across locations. With 33 location hubs including over 50 branches across the U.S., supported by 4 distribution centers, they needed technology to deploy to different locations that would be easy to use, while driving consistency.
